Kirsten Skov is one of Denmark’s best and most experienced Qi Gong instructors. She has courses every day morning and afternoon. Here are 2 hours of Qi Gong training with Kirsten. You just need to follow her movements.

Kirsten teaches several people with chronic illnesses, all of whom get better with Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is also called “moving meditation.” Also, it is probably the gentlest form of training available. It is incredibly useful for tensions and stiffness in the upper body and arms.
Why Qi Gong

Due to Coronavirus, the world is shutting down. But your body needs the same amount of activities as previous or even more if you have any health problems.
Avoid blood clotting by inactivities by doing Qi Gong every day for an hour.
30 years of experience training and teaching
Kirsten Skov is an approved Tai Chi instructor by Master Kai Ying Tung (California), she has trained Tai Chi Chuan since 1986 and has been teaching since 1991.
Kirsten is really experienced
Since 1987 Kirsten has participated in Master Tong’s courses in Denmark and at training camps in France, California, Finland, and Sct. Petersburg. Kirsten teaches Master Tong’s Yang style (the slow form), fast Tai Chi, Tung family sets, weapon sets, Tai Chi Gong and partner exercises
During her training she has selected the exercises that are easy to understand for her pupils, so you will benefit from this as well
Kirsten has several persons in her classes who have severe diseases as sclerosis and Parkinsons. They all benefit from her training. Even if they only use her service once a week after three months, they can feel an improvement. If you do it, every day you can expect a faster result

In short, I am sitting here now after being treated by Lilian and can summarize: It is better with my right arm and hand - I shake about 80% less. My handwriting has improved. I am spring 2020 preparing an online course where you learn theories of why you get diseased and stressed and how you get out of your situation using the “Hope Shortcut.” The method builds on the experiences of survivors around the world and the lessons I have learned, healing people with various diseases, both mental and physical.
