Single session

You have a specific problem related to a disease, stress or anxiety. Book me by email suggesting 3 days and timeslots and we will have an online sessions where I will help you with trauma therapy or stress reduction.
1-2½ hour after your wish and need.

3 sessions

You have a disease, stress or anxiety and are eager to find out if it is stress related.

We use EFT to test it on your symptoms and talk about your symptoms and patterns in your life. You probably know that you have some problems in your past that need to be taken care of.

Parkinson Coaching

Book a free call where I can introduce you to Parkinson coaching.
You have been diagnosed with Parkinson and have a feeling that the variation of your symptoms is in some way related with situations and places. Your symptoms are not constant and that is why we can do something about them.

3 months of HOPE coaching where I will take the lead and we will find the root cause to the specific situation and places where your symptoms are biggest.

We will meet online regulary 10 times during 3 month and I will perform therapy on you and guide you to use selfhelp tools so you can continue during and after the program.

Lilian Sjøberg

I am a biologist, coach, and therapist that help people get rid of stress. I have specialized in reducing stress-related symptoms in people with chronic diseases.
