The beliefs about Parkinsons are slowly changing

Wrong beliefs

The fact that scientists have not yet found out the root cause of serious chronic diseases should make you think: What if they are looking at the wrong place?
To break these old beliefs are 1. step in the finding the cure to these diseases. I have spent thousands of hours googling articles, healing stories and troubleshooting this: Why can I help people with chronic diseases? Why can dance and exercise help people whatever disease they have got? I have found the solution and are in the process of helping people all over the world.  With my strong roots in sciense, I hope to build the bridge to understanding

Sciensce is changing

In 200 years they will look at science today, the same way we think of science 200 years ago: Primitive. My mother frequently bought Heroin and opium to her grandmother in 1940 at the pharmacy. We do not do that anymore and in the future, Parkinson is healed via an electronic device – It is already invented for another purpose

Physical or mental disease - a belief that stop in finding the cure

If your body is stressed you will express it in either mood swings or physical symptoms.
If we stop dividing diseases in these two groups people have access to more help. If you use tthe other perspective that your body react to stress with a lot of different symptoms, the so-called chronic diseases are in fact very easy to reduce. To explain that to the world I say like this: I reduce stress-related symptoms. Because it has been proven that stress has big influence on diseases. So instead of focusing on what you cannot do we start with what is doable – reduce the stress.

I will in the spring 2020 translate my online course about stress, symptoms and diseases to English so every one can have cheap access to the new knowledge on how to get better from e.g. Parkinsons diseas.

Lilian Sjøberg

I am a biologist, coach, and therapist that help people get rid of stress. I have specialized in reducing stress-related symptoms in people with chronic diseases.

This is new that it can help people with Parkinson’s disease but you can look at my references.
