We tend to forget that our body and brain are deve We tend to forget that our body and brain are developed in an ancient world where dangers were a natural thing. Only the humans that could get alert for every small sound and shadow and could suddenly change from an alert state to running or fighting for their life would survive. This is still the case. Most people get alert several times a day. But we do not fight or flight, and we do not release the adrenaline. The adrenaline keeps us in this alert state most of the time. That is why exercise helps people with any disease. Because diseases are just a body that is newer relaxed, it is possible to reduce the number of alert triggers by therapy. -----------------

When we are stressed, we have adrenaline in our bo When we are stressed, we have adrenaline in our body. This adrenaline helps you survive by making you to a war machine. But in modern life, we sit down most of our life so the adrenaline cannot escape. Our body is not digesting properly. It is not building new cells and not repairing anything. Because if you are not surviving the dangerous situation your body thinks you are in tomorrow's healing is not relevant. 
So when you are always in stress, you cannot expect your body to work correctly. ------------

I.e. the stress of your body is reduced by using EFT. 
I use it on my clients to see which physical symptoms are stress-related and which not.
I also use it to reduce big complicated traumas as rape, accidents, abuse, war, and other PTSD trauma.

Stress can make you ill, so why not learn to react in a more nuanced way on the struggles of yours. Typically a person uses ONE or two feelings to cope with all problems (eg. anger or despair). The root cause of this overuse of a feeling can be a trauma or that you unconscious mimic one of your role models (e.g. parents or siblings👨‍👩‍👧‍👧). By unwinding problems in your life your feelings will settle down and your symptoms will decrease slowly📉. --

Thoughts are the start of feelings🤔. Thoughts a Thoughts are the start of feelings🤔. Thoughts are also the reason why you are not present. Right now is probably a calm moment. But thinking about something from the past or the future you start having feelings that upset you. When you are upset your symptoms start to tell you that something is wrong.
If you are just thinking neutral thoughts it might be ok. But you move your focus – a dissociation🤤. That is you are not being present, and you are not taking in important signals from your body with the risk of ignoring a signal. Driving a car🚗 makes you less observant of the traffic if you are thinking.
So start observing yourself. Are you noticing the signals from your senses? Temperature, visual input, sounds🎵, pressure from clothes🚶‍♂️ and furniture🛋, smell, taste. OR are you busy in your mind with the risk of stress symptoms taking over?

You can do 2 things TODAY. 1) Avoiding stress or find out the root cause of your stress. The first is effective but boring and lonely in the long run avoiding people and stressing situations. The other you maybe need some help.

As time gets by, more and more diseases are proven As time gets by, more and more diseases are proven to be related to stress. That is your symptoms get worse when you are stressed.
Maybe 100 years from now they know that your disease actually is just another sign of stress. 
Maybe we by mistake is grouping stress symptoms and label these groups with a disease name.

Why not go the opposite way and say that all symptoms in some way based on stress. That gives you 100 different things to do to help yourself. And that explains why a lot of people get better from diseases that are called chronical.

There is always a mental and physical part of any disease or symptom. Even a wound heal faster if you are not in stress.

The reason you have a symptom is probably that you are in stress right now. even you are sitting down indoor your body is still alert about something. • You are still angry/annoyed/ embarrassed about your recent meeting. • You just experienced a situation your body misinterprets as a dangerous situation
• Or you are worried about tomorrows task
What are you feeling right now? Sit down and use 5 What are you feeling right now?
Sit down and use 5 minutes to check into your mind and body. 
What are your feelings, thoughts and body sensations?
Are you irritated that I push you around? Are you thinking about things that are in the future? Gives every sign time and space. What does it actually mean?

Your body is sending signals to you all the time. Your body is sending signals to you all the time. But we have never learned to interpret the signs. Yesterday I was being told this story: A man 55 years got som strange attacks/pains that beamed from his arm to his shoulder when they were on vacation and flying home. He was on the hospital getting a lot of tests, but they could not find anything. A friend told him to look up anxiety and in a list of symptoms, he got several signs even he had not felt that he had anxiety. He accepted that he had anxiety.
I believe that the half of us are better to listen to the body signals and the other half us are better to listen to the mental signals the body gives us. 
If we cannot interpret the signals we just get bigger and bigger signals until we react. If your reaction is starting to eat pills that only cover your body signals and do nothing to find the root cause to the problem you can end out getting worse and worse. Today we call it a chronic disease. In 100 years we learn in school how to interpret signals. Why wait, start taking action.

About Above Zero today
It is my intent to spread the knowledge of easy self-help tools so that more people can get better – for longer and longer periods of time.
To prove it I started with the most difficult project I could think of, helping people with chronic diseases. For 3 years I have helped people with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Burning Mouth Syndrom, PTSD and others.

The people that experience the most beneficial effects of my coaching therapy sessions are the ones using the techniques between sessions. So I have set up a 3-month program where I teach you to use these tools and support you with your specific challenges. So you can be the captain of your body and mental health. And you can get “Above Zero” in your health and emotions.
