Exercising and the age of your skin

I have found an article stating that skin is positive affected of exercises. A scientist has investigated 65+ people before and after 3 month of exercise. I think you can make this experiment on any organ in the human body. But this is a good start. When you read the below articles, think of the following statements of mine:

  • When you exercise the adrenaline in the body is used up. A body that is not stressed will always work better than a stressed body, that is why exercises so good.
  • If we do not use our body, the "control center" in the body, of course, save energy that it ought to use to rebuild the body.
  • Any skills that you are not using will fade away. Muscles, memory, balance.
  • Here they state that one of the control centers are the mitochondria in the cells, that produce energy.

I post the articles when I find them because we want evidence. But you can also start using your own experiences. Do you feel better after a long walk? Most people will do that. Then do it more often and when you are in shape add at a kilometer or two. Links to articles:
