Here is a paper from a person that has come back from Alzheimer’s – dementia – and is in progress.
It is a piece of paper that you could use whatever disease you have.
My thoughts about the paper are that we here see a person that has started to notice his thoughts and feelings and used them as an instrument to get better by learning to take care of them instead of neglecting or suppressing them.
Why is dealing with your feelings good for the health?
Because feelings might stress you. Actually, stress is often when one or more feeling is involved unless it is pure fight-flight or freeze response you are in
