I have lived half my life with small and big traumas, to many thought and low self esteem.
After I became a coach and a therapist I have slowly get rid of all of it an all my days are now about zero in a mood scale, always having neutral and good thoughts. How I did that, I have been writing a book about, that are being translated to English right now.
